BBQ Pork Tenderloin with Asparagus and Wild Rice

What you need: Leidy’s Pork Tenderloin, Char Crust Hickory Rub, BBQ Sauce, Asparagus,Blue Cheese Vinaigrette Dressing, Uncle Ben’s Whole Grain Rice

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • 1) Preheat oven to 350°
  • 2) Rub the Char Crust all over the tenderloin completely covering it.
  • 3) Bake the tenderloins for 45 minutes.
  • 4) After 45 minutes of baking, remove and coat with BBQ Sauce. Place back into the oven and bake for another 15-25 minutes or until the center reaches 160°.
  • 5) Steam asparagus, drain off water and lightly coat with dressing
  • 6) Cut pork in 1/2″ thick slices and Enjoy
  • Variations: Teriyaki style: Marinate pork in teriyaki and toss some pineapple chunks right into the baking dish.
