BBQ Pork Tenderloin with Asparagus and Wild Rice
What you need: Leidy’s Pork Tenderloin, Char Crust Hickory Rub, BBQ Sauce, Asparagus,Blue Cheese Vinaigrette Dressing, Uncle Ben’s Whole Grain Rice

1) Preheat oven to 350°

2) Rub the Char Crust all over the tenderloin completely covering it.

3) Bake the tenderloins for 45 minutes.

4) After 45 minutes of baking, remove and coat with BBQ Sauce. Place back into the oven and bake for another 15-25 minutes or until the center reaches 160°.

5) Steam asparagus, drain off water and lightly coat with dressing

6) Cut pork in 1/2″ thick slices and Enjoy

Variations: Teriyaki style: Marinate pork in teriyaki and toss some pineapple chunks right into the baking dish.
