Left Over St Paddy’s Corned Beef?

Here is a quick and easy twist on an old favorite, The Reuben.

  • Step 1: Take your left over Corned Beef Brisket and using either your hands or a knife chop into small pieces:

 

 

 

 

 

  • Step 2: Add Sauerkraut

 

 

 

 

 

  • Step 3: Add Dressing

 

 

 

 

 

  • Step 4: Melt Swiss Cheese on top

 

 

 

 

 

  • Step 5: Mix it all together

 

 

 

 

 

  • Step 6: Toast up some Rye Bread or try something new and make Ruben Wrap
