Foresta’s Voted Top Taste at Taste of Phoenixville 2013


The Taste of Phoenixville is a yearly event where Local Caterers, Restaurants, Breweries, and Wineries are on display with delicious samples.  Taste of Phoenixville’s proceeds help support the Good Samaritan Shelter.

This year, Foresta’s offered our Chicken Cutlet Sandwich with Broccoli Rabe and Sharp Provolone on a Corropolese Focaccia Roll.  For a side item, we went with a Lemon Honey Bowtie Pasta Salad.

Over 500 people attended the event and were able to vote for their favorite taste.  At the end of the night, Foresta’s Market was voted a Top Taste!

Here is what some people had to say: “Hub’s Best of the Taste: A heapin’ helpin’ of chicken cutlet and broccoli rabe plus secret sauce on a slider roll with a small pasta shooter from Foresta’s Market. The cutlet had just a wee bit o’breading that enhanced, but didn’t overpower. And the dressing on the pasta salad complemented the slight bite from the broccoli rabe. Delish.”The Phoenixville Dish
